MADY + HAMILTON | SANTA LUCIA PRESERVE, CA

Mady and Hamilton’s wedding was a heartfelt celebration filled with love, laughter, and deep personal meaning. The ceremony took place at the bride’s childhood school—an old adobe turned all-girls school where both she and her sister (who was also married there) once attended.

Afterward, guests were transported through the rolling hills of Carmel Valley to The Preserve—a private, 20,000-acre gated community nestled in the Santa Lucia Range. Cocktail hour unfolded under the shade of a majestic oak tree, where guests sipped specialty cocktails and soaked in the stunning views.

A winding path led to the reception tent, layered with lush greenery, rich textiles, custom fabric lanterns, a custom patterned dance floor and a beautiful fabric stage backdrop. After heartfelt speeches, a joyful dinner and dancing, guests followed another path to the after-party, where dancing and laughter carried on late into the night.

It was a day rooted in family, beauty, and celebration—perfectly capturing the spirit of Mady and Hamilton’s love.
